Cohabitation Adultery

A man named the agency to ask us if it could be probable to do a background investigation into the man that was now cohabiting with his wife and son. The marriage had broken down soon after our client took a job in Oman. He was posted there for 3 months at a time. He told us his wife was extremely lonely and soon after about two months began an affair with this man. It didn’t last really lengthy and his wife began to see an individual else. This affair lasted for about 3 months after which she went back using the very first man.

Our client could not believe how swiftly his wife was unfaithful and that she had let 1 of these men into the household property. Our client still stayed there when he returned to the UK in-between stints at function. His wife was denying the whole factor but our client had it from his 11 year old son and a good friend. Our client decided to file for divorce but all of the preparation took a long time simply because he was not inside the UK for quite long.

We carried out some surveillance on the loved ones property as well as the man was certainly living there even though our client was away at work. He also owned his own home which was empty except for a few tiny items of furniture which he would require when he necessary to leave our customers house. Our client told us that the man had put his house up for sale as he intended to move in with his wife on a permanent basis. We gave all of the evidence of cohabitation towards the client and he passed it onto his solicitor so he could file for divorce on grounds of adultery.
