A Company Director named our agency to discover out if we could aid him. He told us that goods had gone missing from his warehouse but it had not been broken into. The Manager took our operative to one side and told him not to tell anybody what had happened. The operative stated that as he was only there for a few weeks it didn’t matter to him what was going on. The Manager supplied him either some money or a number of the goods to maintain his mouth shut. The operative had all this on film and video.
The lorry driver was the primary man in this scam. He would have numerous warehouses on his route with warehouse men that would support him steal from their warehouses. As soon as the lorry driver had the goods he would sell them to the other warehouse men who had been also stealing for him.
Our client called the police as well as the lorry driver and warehouse manager were taken to the Police station for questioning. They were each arrested and are on bail waiting to go to court.
