Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.

We were able to present our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
